Q:How do I order?
A:You offer the floor plan of your house or layout with dimensions and tell us your preferred design ideas. Then our designers will provide you our drawings accroding to your floor plans and design requirements. Then after the confirmation of all details, we will send you the PI.
Q:What about the leading time?
A:In general, the leading time is about 25 to 35 days. But please confirm the exact delivery time with us as different products and different quantity will have different leading time.
Q:How about the packing and shipping?
A:Normaly, we have carton and foam for packaging. If you have any other special requirements, please feel free to contact with us.
Q:Can I have our own logo on the products?
A:That's ok to have your own logo on the products. Please contact with us to make sure the detailed things before placing order.
